The Rochester Fit Club Mission Statement

This group is for the community of Beachbody® customers, Independent Team Beachbody® Coaches and anyone interested in exploring and learnng more about Beachbody® programs in the Rochester, NY area.

Beachbody® offers unique and different fitness programs to help you achieve the results you have always wanted. Whether your goal is weight loss or to get ripped and in the best shape of your life, Beachbody® has a workout program that is right for you.

Beachbody® has been the leader in in-home fitness programs for the past 11 years. Beachbody® offers a unique, and amazing supportive online community of Independent Coaches and customers. Our team of Independent Coaches and customers are committed to bringing this unique online support directly to you.

Our mission is to help guide you and introduce you to all the programs that Beachbody® offers. From beginner level I programs such as Power 90®, Turbo Jam®, and Slim in 6® to more advanced level II programs like P90X®, Insanity®, and RevAbs™. These programs will help you to get the results you are after and more importantly you’ll have the support and motivation you need to achieve success.
