National January 8th Super Saturday

The RFC Coaches are so glad to be hosting this event alongside with the rest of the nation!!!

Come and be a part of the biggest, baddest Team Beachbody kickoff event in history! We're talk'in hundreds of Super Saturdays happening at the same time and with the same mission all across the USA. All Rochester Area Coaches and Guests are invited to our most exciting local event ever!

The idea is to rip into the New Year, get started right, and preview all the tings that'll make 2011 even bigger than 2010 - as one Team!

That means you can expect some major news and announcements, such as all the new Success Club and Elite programs, 2012 Coach destinations, and bigger and better rewards, next generation contests, Hispanic market launch details, and way more.

ALL are welcome! Even people who are not coaches who want to see what this business is all about!!!

Rochester Fit Club is Expanding

This is fantastic and exciting news. If you have been attending our Monday night fit clubs in Rochester, you know how much fun we have every night. New Coach John Ritz loved what we were doing and really wanted to get his community involved. Sharing health and fitness with others is just such a natural passion for John that he went to his country club. John presented his experience with Beachbody programs and his experience with the RFC to Champion Hills. John wanted to give something back and if they wanted to partner with him on this venture; to help reach out to the current members of the club but also reach into members of the Local Community who are not familiar with the help and support they recieve by joining the Beachbody Community. So without further delay.....

The Rochester Fit Club is proud to announce our parntership with Champion Hills Country Club in Victor, NY.

The Champion Hills Fit Club will follow the exact same format as the RFC.

The first Champion Hills Fit club will take place starting THURSDAY, JANUARY 6th and reoccur every Thrusday night from 6 to 8pm. (cancel only due to inclement weather)

Meet & Greet/Registration: 6:00pm to 6:30pm

Beachbody Workout: 6:30 to 7:30pm

Q&A, Shakeology Tasting: 7:30 to 8pm

Fees: $3 for Coaches, $1 donations appreciated from guests that go to the Church.
